We hold all authorizations to carry out the activities specified below (see section Qualifications:
- Processing plans and feasibility studies incl. economic evaluation of the project.
- Elaboration of studies of sources of electrical energy from the point of view of the possibility of providing support services to the transmission system.
- Processing of project documentation for zoning and construction management, including the fire-technical solution of the building.
- Preparation of building permit applications incl. attachments, representing the investor during construction proceedings.
- Processing of documentation for the selection of a contractor, organization of tenders, incl. over-limit orders according to the Public Procurement Act.
- Carrying out all engineering activities during the implementation of projects: organizing the handover of the construction site to the contractor, organizing inspection days, carrying out technical supervision, monitoring the fulfillment of the construction time and financial plan, carrying out inspections and acceptances in the production of important components, carrying out technical supervision during pre-commissioning tests, preparing acceptances incl. drawing up a detailed list of defects and unfinished works and the handover protocol, checking the removal of defects and unfinished works, etc.
- Control of submitted inspection, supplier and operational documentation incl. checking the completeness and correctness of the documentation of the actual execution of the work.
- Organization of warranty measurements on technological equipment of buildings.
- Development of operating documentation: local operating regulations, emergency procedures, operating rules of local distribution systems, etc.
- Implementation of technical assistance in the operation of energy works, evaluation of test operation, handling of complaints, etc.
